THE VILLAGES, Fla.—For the past five years Tri County Baptist Church has participated in a two-day Scripture assembly project.
The congregation purchases copies of John and Romans and then assembles these portions of Scripture into books so they can be shipped to a missionary. The church absorbs all the costs, labor, and shipping.
This year’s project was assembling 20,000 copies of John and Romans for a missionary in Ghana. The church family worked from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Feb. 19 and 20 to complete the project.
“For the members of Tri County, the project is easy, enjoyable, and eternal,” the church says.
