Our Vision
To be a Gospel-driven movement of interdependent churches, multiplying disciples, leaders, and churches in every region of North America.
Our Goal
To catalyze church revitalization, church planting, and leadership development within our association.
Our Strategy
Our key strategy in fulfilling this vision is to identify and develop Equipping Churches (REC) to expand their capacity for healthy multiplication. An Equipping Church is a church that actively evangelizes adults, makes disciples, and develops leaders who are equipped to live out their faith with compassion and competence in their everyday mission field.
Equipping Churches have a kingdom mindset.
They are concerned about the health and impact of the greater Church. Their leadership team is committed to coming alongside and enhancing a church’s ability to evangelize, make disciples, and develop leaders; revitalizing or replanting plateaued or declining churches; and planting new churches.
Over the next five years, by God’s grace, we seek to identify and resource 25 Equipping Churches to develop and equip 120 full-time ministry leaders, revitalize 100 churches, and plant or re-plant 50 churches by 2036.
