BELLEFONTAINE,Ohio—”It was a good day at the 2021 Men of God Conference,” says the Ohio Association of Regular Baptist Churches. Calvary Baptist Church hosted the conference March 6.

Brian Hanson spoke on evangelism and discipleship in the main sessions while addressing the theme “All Things New.” Brian is director of Capitol Ministries and state director of its Ohio division.

Brian, who was previously a pastor and missionary, “loves sharing Christ with those he comes in contact with as well as discipling followers of Christ into a maturing faith,” says Calvary Baptist Church. “His ministry background brings exactly the kind of focus we’re looking for in this year’s Men of God Conference.”

In addition to attending two main sessions with Brian, the men also chose three of five breakout sessions to attend: Mentoring Your Brother, Studying Your Bible, Loving Your Family, Serving Your Church, and Disciplining Your Life.

One of those attending the conference was Chuck Pausley, OARBC state representative. He says he “enjoyed seeing many of our OARBC pastors and men from their churches” at the conference.
