FORT MYERS, Fla.—Women from Daniels Road Baptist Church enjoyed a Ladies’ Latte Saturday, May 22, with coffee, games, and God’s Word the focuses of the day.
Serving as a barista for the event, Stephanie Snyder, wife of Associate Pastor Aaron Snyder, served various coffees, lattes, and espressos and—for the non-coffee drinkers—hot cocoa, tea, lemonade, and flavored water.
The women played a game aimed at getting to know one other, as well as a multiple choice game centered on coffee knowledge. Burlap bags for coffee beans around the world added a decorative element to the “coffee” theme.
Missionary Jodi Demerly spoke on God’s love, including a salvation message.
The church’s ministry to women, called Deeper Love, exists to impact women with the gospel and empower them to become committed disciples of Christ.
