Fox Valley Baptist Church, Dundee, Illinois, welcomed David Strope, GARBC interim national representative, February 12.
Speaking in the morning worship service, David shared an update about Regular Baptist Ministries and preached on “Living by Faith in a Faithless Age.” He says the congregation gained “a greater understanding and appreciation for the ministries of RBM.”
Fox Valley Baptist, which will celebrate its 60th anniversary this summer, has “a significant ministry in making disciples in Dundee,” David says. Phil Zilinski has been pastor of the church since 1996 and is a police and hospital chaplain endorsed by Regular Baptist Chaplaincy. Phil and his wife, Tammy, also are active in prison ministry and annually lead a group from the church to serve at the Louisiana State Penitentiary.
