OSWEGO, Ill.—Harvest New Beginnings hosted its M4 Ministry Enrichment Conference Nov. 4–5. Designed for ministry workers, the conference provides inspiration for direction in ministry, shares wisdom from experienced leaders, fosters friendships among those serving in ministry, and offers encouragement.

Scott Poling, pastor of Harvest, and Pat Nemmers, pastor of Saylorville Church in Des Moines, spoke during the main sessions on renewing the ministries of the leaders and revitalizing their churches. Poling and Nemmers also facilitated breakout sessions, with topics based on the group’s needs and interests.

To give participants time to ask questions that had not been covered in the breakout sessions or to talk further about a ministry topic, the conference included 45-minute one-on-one appointments with Nemmers, Poling, or another ministry leader from Harvest.

Nat Kealen, pastor of First Baptist, Pana, Illinois, says the M4 conference “is a hidden gem for ministry to pastors. I cannot recommend it enough. This year was fantastic.”
