VENTURA, Iowa—Iowa Regular Baptist Camp hosted two events for the Iowa Association of Regular Baptist Churches: Women’s Renew and Men’s Revive.

Nearly 600 women gathered Sept. 9–10 for Renew. Joan Tillotson, whose husband, Jim, is president of Faith Baptist Bible College and Theological Seminary, encouraged the ladies to have “A Renewed Focus.” She spoke on having a renewed commitment, a renewed prayer life, and renewed contentment.

Workshops addressed yielding to God’s plan, knowing God and loving Him, and learning what God desires of us amid difficult circumstances.

The women also enjoyed the camp’s beautiful grounds and fun activities.

Men attended Revive Aug. 26–27. Tim Capon, state representative of the Iowa association, and workshop speakers challenged the men to take seriously the role of discipleship in their homes and churches. Believers need to invest in others for the glory of God, Tim says.

The men also enjoyed a golf tournament, a disc golf tournament, and activities the camp offers.
