Pam Stump, customer service representative for Regular Baptist Press, filled the one millionth order when she took a call from First Baptist Church, Akron, Colo. on Nov. 2. The Colorado church, which has been a customer for more than twenty years, was awarded an RBP gift certificate to mark the event.

The team of customer service representatives processes orders from mail, email, fax, and phone—and with the advent of the RBP webstore, almost half of the orders now are made on the website.
