HARLAN, Iowa—Fifty men from Iowa, Nebraska, and Kansas, attended the fourth annual Grace Baptist Church Men’s Leadership Conference on January 11 and 12, 2008. John Greening, GARBC national representative, led the men in “Building toward Spiritual Maturity,” focusing on how men grow to be more like Christ as they build upon the foundation of Scripture. Host pastor, Greg White, challenged the men in this life-building process to always depend upon the Holy Spirit’s strength and to yield to His leading. Along with instruction from the Word, the men appreciated numerous opportunities for fellowship and enjoyed Larry and Jeff’s famous Saturday morning breakfast.
