Except for the brightly colored plastic eggs peeking out from the inch of snow on the ground, you’d never know it was Easter time! It looked more like Christmas. In spite of the weather, the annual Family Easter Egg Hunt at South Baptist Church, Flint, Michigan, still took place on the Saturday before Easter. Nonetheless, many children and parents from the community attended this outreach event. They hunted for eggs, enjoyed exciting activities in the gymnasium, and heard the true meaning of Easter.
