Paul-Stump-Warehouse-GLS-shipment2-950x616SCHAUMBURG, Ill.—What if you knew that hundreds of boxes of free Vacation Bible School material were ready to be shipped, material that will be used to introduce children all over the world to Christ? And what if you also knew that these boxes were sitting idle on a loading dock because there is not enough money to pay the shipping costs?

Now you know!

Gospel Literature Services provides VBS material free to developing countries, impacting children around the globe. Each year the demand for VBS curriculum increases; unfortunately, the cost of shipping increases as well. GLS needs your help!

This year Gospel Literature Services faces the dilemma of a fall shipping charge of more than $26,000, with only half the money on hand. Knowing that God will use VBS again to draw literally hundreds of children to saving faith, would you be willing to make an extra investment at this critical juncture to help reach these children?

At Bethany Baptist Church in Urangpat, India, 106 children attended Vacation Bible School Oct. 10–13. GLS had sent Regular Baptist Press’s Bug Zone VBS curriculum for the church’s use. Forty children accepted Christ as their Savior. In Ballito, South Africa, Community Connection Church ministered to 266 children July 1–5 using RBP’s Polar Extremes VBS program. Sixty children made decisions for Jesus. “Forty of those are unchurched and simply grabbed the opportunity to soak in the gospel,” says Director Liezel Essop.

Boxes of Regular Baptist Press VBS materials are ready to be shipped to impact children around the world. You can help get this material to them by giving online at www.GLSonline.org/give and selecting “VBS 2013 Shipping” in the drop-down menu; or call 1-800-727-4440. You can also mail your gift to Gospel Literature Services, 1300 North Meacham Road, Schaumburg, IL 60173 (please write “GLS VBS 2013 Shipping” on the memo line). Your gift is needed by Nov. 4 to meet shipping deadlines.
