MUMFORD, GHANA—The VBS ministry to Ghana continues to have remarkable results (see previous reports entered on August 3 and August 10). Mumford was another site of great harvest for God. The Holy Spirit prepared the hearts to hear, and He reaped the harvest. The second day of VBS brought 400 children and 150 youth. Many responded to the salvation message. Those who responded were counseled and many received Christ as their personal Savior! Amen!
The third day at Mumford was the greatest numerically. Even though the youth attendance was less, the 578 children made up for the loss.
A soccer match wrapped up the ministry at Mumford. Many who were not actually a part of VBS watched the match and heard the gospel.
The workers are returning, or will have returned, to the U.S. by the time this news is posted. Pray for lasting results of this wonderful outreach.
