Faith Baptist Church, Morris, Illinois, called Troy Prater as pastor. He was previously assistant pastor at First Baptist Church of Ogden, Boothwyn, Pennsylvania, serving in outreach, discipleship, youth, and young adults.
Troy is a graduate of Maranatha Baptist University, earning an MDiv in 2022. He met his wife, Bella, in China when he was teaching English there.
“We pray that the Lord will bless both Pastor Troy, his family, and his church family with much fruit for His glory,” says First Baptist Church of Ogden. “We are grateful for his ministry with us.”
