Clare Jewell, director of Generate, participated in a panel discussion at The Great Exchange conference hosted by Soteria Des Moines, West Des Moines, Iowa.
“I’m always grateful for the opportunity to engage with pastors and share the benefits of Generate and the GARBC,” Clare says.
Church leaders across the state attended the two-day conference, designed to prioritize building teams and equipping leaders. While the conference included encouragement and best practices, its primary goal was to help church leadership teams grow in unity and purpose around the Great Commission.
The theme “On Purpose Gathering” explored how leaders “can grow in intentionality throughout different ministries in the local church.”
“Sometimes we spend so much time doing the work of the ministry that we fail to think strategically about the ministry we are leading,” the conference states.
Those attending were blessed to share their ministry experiences and thankful to learn from each other.
