Alaska Baptist Church, Caledonia, Michigan, is praising God for a fruitful missions trip to Costa Rica.
Twenty-three teens, young adults, and their leaders spent a week ministering in Costa Rica. Partnering with a church there, the team visited retirement homes, spent time with children in schools, distributed food to homes, and participated in sports ministries. The team’s goal was to share the gospel with everyone they met.
Partnering with a Costa Rica church was exciting, the team says, because “seeds planted during our trip will be nurtured after we return home.”
After the missions trip, the team shared a report about the trip with the church family during a Sunday service.
“It was quite exciting to hear how lives were changed, both that of the Costa Rica people and our own,” the church says. “God truly blessed this mission.”
