The Northern California Association of Regular Baptist Churches held its annual retreat for men and boys at Pilot Lake Camp. Along with enjoying God’s creation, they studied why bad things happen to good people.
Pilot Lake Camp is a ministry of the California Association of Regular Baptist Churches.
“At an elevation of almost six thousand feet, the camp is, as one first timer said, ‘one of California’s best kept secrets,’ ” says Ken Doan, pastor of Orchard Avenue Baptist Church, Vacaville, California. “The property is surrounded by tree-covered mountains and a lake that was used in the original gold rush days of our state.”
