The church installed him to the role November 12. The service “was a beautiful reminder of who our God is and who we are,” the church says.
Pierce says he and his wife trust God’s will and timing in their lives. “We take our plans and desires, lay them before Him, and trust Him with the outcome. We’ll do what He asks of us.”
“It became clear,” Pierce says, that New Story Church “is where we’re supposed to be.”
