Camden Baptist Church, Wellington, Ohio, hosted Man Up, an annual conference “to encourage and inspire men in the fight for Biblical manhood.” The conference centers its purpose on 1 Corinthians 16:13–14: “Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong. Let all that you do be done in love.”
The men heard from two speakers: Kevin Jones, dean and assistant professor of education at Cedarville University, and Robert Brooks, a chaplain with Athletes in Action.
Men from an attending church, Calvary Baptist Church, Sandusky, Ohio, say the conference was a “great time of fellowship” and were “challenged by the Word.”
