Crest Avenue Baptist Church, Riverside, California, honored Robin Montgomery for serving as its pastor for 45 years.
“I thank the Lord every day for the privilege of preaching His Word,” Robin says. “I’ve never preached to thousands at one time, as I once envisioned, but over 45 years of this ministry, I have preached to several hundred.”
Some of those people are now missionaries or pastors; others are serving in support ministries “not only in our church but in other churches as well,” he says.
