First Baptist Church, Bowling Green, Ohio, celebrated its 145th anniversary.
Worship services on Saturday evening and Sunday morning, May 17 and 18, led the congregation in celebrating “what God has done and is doing in and through First Baptist Church.”
Outdoor games and dinner together accompanied the Saturday evening service, and a catered lunch on the grounds followed the Sunday morning service.
Special guests and speakers for those two days included Clare Jewell, national representative of the GARBC; Dave Spink, a longtime supported missionary of First Baptist; Jim Howard, youth pastor at the church in the 1980s; and Chuck Pausley, state representative of the Ohio Association of Regular Baptist Churches.
