Women play an integral role in the church. A recent Barna study highlights that women are more likely than men to comprise the ranks of churchgoers, volunteers, and Sunday School teachers. Your church will benefit from an intentional women’s program that assists in developing women’s spiritual maturity and highlights their value in the local church.

Linda Pausley, a veteran pastor’s wife and women’s ministry leader, will host a three-part learning lab, “Launching an Intentional Ladies’ Ministry with the Smaller Church in Mind.” This interactive series is for women to share ideas and challenges of ladies’ ministry. From getting started to developing leadership, this learning lab will offer participants practical helps and encouragement. The cost for this series is $15.

Register today! The first session takes place on Tuesday, Sept. 16, with following sessions on Sept. 23 and 30. Start time is 6:30 p.m. CDT. Participants can join online or by phone.

Linda and her husband, Chuck, live in Avon Park, Fla., where he is pastor of Bethany Baptist Church. She has been serving with her husband in pastoral ministry for 37 years.
