Regular Baptist Ministries is moving this month!
The home office of Regular Baptist Ministries, including the GARBC, has been located in Arlington Heights, Illinois, since 2015. In a time when the commercial real estate market is experiencing an abundance of available properties for sale, we received a full-price cash offer for our office. The closing is scheduled for Nov. 11, and the move will begin Oct. 21.
Effective Oct. 24, the new office will be located at 1000 N. Randall Rd., Elgin, Illinois, 25 miles west of Arlington Heights. Please note, however, that this physical location should not be used for mail. We have set up new mailing and remittance addresses, listed below.
Regular Baptist Ministries will be leasing space from a suburban Chicago ministry on terms that are more economical and mutually beneficial for both ministries compared to market-rate office space. Regular Baptist Ministries is likely the first of several other nonprofit organizations or ministries that will lease space in this building in the future.
“Our sale of the Arlington Heights home office and subsequent leasing of office space accomplishes several items,” says David Strope, GARBC interim national representative.
“It will now right-size our office space for our on-site personnel. Over the years we have outsourced warehousing and production, and multiple employees efficiently work from their homes. Further, the proceeds of the sale will not be invested in a property but in the ministries of the GARBC. The proceeds of the sale will be carefully stewarded at the direction of the GARBC Council of Eighteen. We all are very grateful to God for His provision in this sale.”
