Campuses Launch into Separate Multisite Church

Bridgewater Church, with campuses in Pennsylvania and New York, launched two of its campuses to become a separate multisite church, called Northbridge Church.

Northbridge Church, under the leadership of Pastor Aaron Patton (in photo above, holding microphone), has two campuses in New York—in Vestal and Conklin—and an online service, streamed from Vestal. The two physical locations had been campuses of Bridgewater Church since, respectively, 2013 and 2014.

Back then, “we knew God still wanted us to make more and better disciples, but we didn’t have space here [in the original Montrose campus] and we didn’t have the money at the time to build a bigger box,” Bridgewater said in 2014. “So we sent 50 people 25 minutes north. It freed up space in Montrose and empowered those 50 to reach the community they were living in.”

By the time the Vestal and Conklin campuses became a separate church in January 2025, Bridgewater had six campuses, and another will open in April.

“There was a different preacher in each location but only one leadership team, one budget, and one church,” says Bob Kadlecik, pastor of Bridgewater’s Montrose campus.

“With Northbridge’s four pastors and over 600 regular attenders, the hope is that this new church will continue to multiply not only disciples but also congregations and churches,” Bob says. “We are praying that Bridgewater and Northbridge would both see a multiplication of churches.”
