Need a quick recipe for the next church potluck? Try whipping up this easy-to-make moist cake. Happy Autumn!

One Bowl Apple Cake
24 servings

Cake
1 16-ounce can apple pie filling
2 cups all purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt

Frosting
1 cup powdered sugar
1 three-ounce package cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup butter, room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla

For cake: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter 9×13-inch baking dish. Combine all ingredients in large bowl and blend well. Turn into prepared dish and bake until cake tests done, 45 minutes to 1 hour. Cool.

For frosting: Combine remaining ingredients and mix to spreading consistency. Frost cake.
