CRESAPTOWN, Md.—Calvary Baptist Church requests prayer, as a flood has come through Cresaptown and has caused major water damage in the church building. Pastor Bruce McBride says, “This is the worst flooding we have ever had.” He says five inches of rain fell in two hours and that most of the town is flooded.
Michael Nolan, director of the Disaster Relief program of Baptist Builders Club, has been in communication with Pastor McBride and will inform churches of ways to assist in the days ahead.
