Timothy Wayne Mishler, a pastor, died Nov. 25. He was 68.
His entire work life was dedicated to the ministry of the gospel of Jesus Christ in churches in South Carolina, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, and Ohio, with the last 30 years at Calvary Baptist Church of Moffitt Heights in Massillon, Ohio. Alongside his role of pastor, Tim could often be found leading music at the church, singing in the choir, or adding his trumpet playing to “When the Trumpet of the Lord Shall Sound.”
His heart was also full of love for missions, and he treasured his trips to serve the Lord in Portugal, Singapore, Indonesia, Kenya, and China.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Victoria; his sons, Timothy, Trevor, Aaron, Andrew, and Trenton; and seven grandchildren.
