BEAVERTON, Mich.—Kim H. Lewis, a pastor, died Oct. 12. He was 65.

Kim was a pastor since 1977, serving at First Baptist Church, Bowling Green, Ohio; Humphrey Baptist Church, Great Valley, New York, which ordained him into ministry in 1979; First Baptist Church of Bay City, Essexville, Michigan; and churches in Binghamton, New York, and Jenison, Michigan. He was currently pastor of Beaverton (Michigan) Baptist Church for the past eight years and a chaplain for Heartland Hospice for 21 years.

He was a graduate of Clarks Summit University (BA, religious education), University of Liverpool in the United Kingdom, and Trinity College of Bible and Theological Seminary (MA, Biblical counseling).

He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Patricia; their children, Nathan and Aaron; and five grandchildren.
