ELK RAPIPDS, Mich.—Gary Gladfelter, pastor of Elk Rapids Bible Church, died Jan. 16. He was 65.
After working as a teacher and school administrator in Ohio, South Carolina, Colorado, and Florida, Gary began ministering as pastor of Elk Rapids Bible Church in 1990. While serving his congregation, he also served the students of Elk Rapids School District for 19 years as a beloved bus driver.
Gary is survived by his wife, Peggy; three children, Alicia Key, Candace Tomei, and Micah; and five grandchildren.
