Harry Cole, Pastor

SEBRING, Fla.—Harry Eugene Cole, 92, went to be with the Lord Aug. 12. The retired pastor was a veteran of the United States Coast Guard, serving during WWII. Harry pastored various churches for 26 years and then served 12 years on staff of Cedarville College in Ohio. He was the first pastor of Grace Baptist Church, Cedarville, Ohio; associate pastor of First Baptist Church, Gallipolis, Ohio; and associate pastor of Maranatha Baptist Church, Sebring, Fla. He is survived by his wife, Joan, whom he married on Feb. 8, 1946; two sons, Kenneth E. Cole, MD, and David B. Cole; a daughter, Judith Ann Disch; and eight grandchildren.
