Youth Group Seeking to Minister
The youth group of First Baptist Church in Grundy Center, Iowa, is seeking a church in which to conduct a week of teen ministry as an outreach into the community. The Grundy Center youth group will do the planning, promoting, speaking, and conducting worship for the teen program that week. They will provide meals and materials. Director of Development Ministry Opportunity
Piedmont Baptist College and Graduate School, Winston Salem, N.C., is seeking a  director of development. The director will work closely with the president and his management team to advance the mission and pursue the vision by developing and implementing a strategic fund-raising plan. Piedmont considers this one of the most important positions in the institution with real potential to advance to a vice-president level title/salary by meeting or exceeding performance expectations.

Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (master’s degree a plus)
• Five-plus years experience with a successful record in development or similar field
• Excellence in organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in computer skills including MS Office and Outlook
• Experience in (or capacity to quickly learn) using donor management and database software like Raiser’s Edge
• Essential agreement with PBC&GS’s statement of faith
