The Council of Eighteen readies for its November 14-16 meeting at the Regular Baptist Ministries Resource Center in Arlington Heights, Illinois. David Strope, chairman, will lead the Council as it finalizes speakers and workshops for the 2017 GARBC Conference, expands on the GARBC church planting initiative, considers statements on marriage and sexuality for use by Regular Baptist Chaplaincy Ministries, charts future direction for the association, and examines ministry financial statements.
