ESF Church Planting Conference for Pastors and Churches
The Empire State Fellowship will host a Church Planting Conference April 7 and 8 at West Windsor Baptist Church, Windsor, N.Y. Focus will be on informing and motivating all churches regarding church multiplication locally and regionally. See ESF Church Planting Conference.

Mid-Continent Conference: Break Up Your Fallow Ground
Don Duty, director of the Baptist Network Northwest, will be the featured speaker at the Mid-Continent Association of Regular Baptist Churches Spring Conference to be held at Westlink Regular Baptist Church, Wichita, Kan. The key verse of the conference is Hosea 10:12, with the theme “Break Up Your Fallow Ground.”

CARBC/Shasta Bible College Conference: Pain, Suffering, and God
The California Association of Regular Baptist Churches and Shasta Bible College will link arms April 8–11 to provide a great Bible Conference focusing on the theme of pain, suffering, and God. Hosts sites are Grace Bible Church and Shasta Bible College, both in Redding, Calif. Dr. John Feinberg, chair of the Department of Biblical and Systematic Theology at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, Deerfield, Ill., will be the keynote speaker. Ron and Sally Shrock will finish their tenure as CARBC representative and wife at this conference. Ron will be speaking about the importance of the association and sharing his work as a representative. Please pray for the Shrocks as they care for the needs of their family and for California pastors and churches as they seek their next representative.

BNN Conference: Global Ministry for Local Churches
The annual conference of the Baptist Network Northwest will take place April 10–12 at Community Baptist Church, Puyallup, Wa., focusing on the theme “Global Ministry for Local Churches: Creating a Missions Culture in Your Church.” Keynote speaker Dr. Jim O’Neill, president of ABWE, will bring the challenge “On Mission for Christ” and lead a roundtable session on Friday morning, “Consultation on the Strategic Face of Missions in the 21st Century.” The roundtable will include ABWE personnel Duane Early (vice president of Global Operations), Dave Woodard (director of Europe and the Middle East), and Scott Russell (director of Latin America).

NARBC Conference: Dare to Engage
The Nebraska Association of Regular Baptist Churches Spring Conference will focus on the theme “Dare to Engage” April 12. Andrew Giessman, pastor of New Life Baptist Church, Scranton, Pa., will bring a challenge on thinking Biblically and reasonably to be able to “give reason for the hope that is in you” (1 Peter 3:15). Gretna Baptist Church, Gretna, Neb., will host the event.

Biblical Counseling Ministries Seminar: Moral Purity
“The Christian’s Fight for Moral Purity in a Sex-Crazed World” seminar will be held April 11 and 12 at Calvary Baptist Church, Wisconsin Rapids, Wis. For cost details and registration, go to www.bcmin.org.

Piedmont International University Lecture Series
Dr. H. Wayne House will be this year’s guest lecturer at Piedmont International University’s Charles H. Stevens Lecture Series, addressing the importance of Biblical archeology to Biblical interpretation. Lectures will take place April 14 and 15 at Salem Baptist Church and Piedmont International University, both located in Winston-Salem, N.C.
