Welcome, pastors and wives and churches! The association invites churches that are part of the state fellowships but not yet part of the GARBC to consider fellowshipping on the national level. Among the benefits of national affiliation is IRS 501(c)3 tax exemption for churches. The application process is streamlined as state credentials are accepted. MANNING BROWN APPOINTED REGULAR BAPTIST CHAPLAINCY DIRECTORManning & Jennifer
Recently appointed by the Council of Eighteen, Manning Brown is now serving as director of Regular Baptist Chaplaincy. Coming from a vast military career in the Air Force, he and his wife, Jennifer, have a deep-seated appreciation for chaplains and wives serving in military, institutional, and community service roles. The GARBC Conference gave them opportunity to forge new relationship with the chaplains and wives attending.

Manning says, “Our chaplains need to know that their endorsing agent supports them and will do whatever it takes to make sure they’ve been resourced properly and that they have everything they need to do their jobs effectively. Jennifer and I are deeply honored to be able to help facilitate that, and to come alongside our chaplains and encourage them and their families in any way possible.”
