On Thursday, May 24, members of the regional GARBC Conference Planning Committee met at the Lancaster Host Resort 
for their final planning meeting. This group met also in October and January. Led by Craig Golden, the Empire State Fellowship of Regular Baptist Churches representative, these men and women will supervise and staff many of the operations of the Conference. This group is responsible for such areas as children and youth programs, ushers, first-aid, housing, information, ladies’ luncheon, finances, daily news sheets, publicity, and transportation. More than 20 churches in the northeast have contributed money to fund these different areas of responsibility. After the meeting on August 24, many of the committee members viewed “In the Beginning,” the new Sight and Sound presentation that many of the Conference attendees will see.
The local committee is working hard for you. Pre-register for the GARBC National Conference by June 10, 2007 and experience the fruits of their labor.
