Northeast Fellowship Holds Annual Conference

By November 5, 2025No Comments

The Northeast Fellowship met for its annual conference October 20–21 at Central Baptist Church, Binghamton, New York.

In three messages, David Gunn “powerfully and passionately addressed the theme ‘To Live Is Christ,'” says Brian King, executive director of the Northeast Fellowship.

The Northeast Fellowship was “happy to have him join us for this big event.” Previously the director of Regular Baptist Press and managing editor of The Baptist BulletinDavid is now assistant director of media ministries for The Friends of Israel Gospel Ministry.

Sharing “The Heartbeat of Sanctification” (Philippians 3:4–11), “The Paradox of Sanctification” (Philippians 3:12–14), and “The Finish Line of Sanctification” (2 Timothy 4:6–18), David addressed Christian life and growth, seen principally through the life and ministry of the apostle Paul.

This annual gathering is not only a Bible conference but also “part celebration, part reunion,” the fellowship says.

A preconference for pastors and wives highlighted God’s blessings for the Northeast Fellowship this year. Those blessings, Brian notes, include “the lowest pastorless church count in nearly five years, more than a dozen new pastors, and five ordinations.”

Partnering churches also elected the Northeast Fellowship’s leadership team (in photo above) during the conference’s business meeting.
