First Baptist Church, South Otselic, New York, called Mark Monroe as pastor.
On his first Sunday at the church October 5, the congregation enjoyed lunch together and hosted an open house.
Existing since 1844, First Baptist “has a long and rich history of serving God and the community,” the church says.
Mark says he and his wife, Leslie, “believe the Lord has great things in store” for First Baptist Church.
