Dennis Reynolds retired from Nevada (Iowa) Baptist Church, where he was pastor since 1996.
The church held a special service and an open house in honor of Dennis and his wife, Barb, on June 1.
Dennis was previously associate and youth pastor of Emmanuel Baptist Church, Des Moines, Iowa, while attending Faith Baptist Bible College and Theological Seminary. After graduating, he became pastor of Emmanuel Baptist in 1975 and was ordained in 1980.
“What a joy to celebrate the faithful ministry of Pastor Dennis and Barb Reynolds,” the church says. “To God be the glory!”
