Shawnee Hills Baptist Church, Jamestown, Ohio, ordained David Douglas. He has been associate pastor of the church since August 2020.

Also participating in the day were pastors from area churches, members of Shawnee Hills Baptist, and friends of David’s.
Three of those people were Brad Rickard, pastor of Immanuel Baptist Church, Columbus, Ohio (serving as secretary of the council); James Beight, pastor of Abram Creek Baptist Church, Brook Park, Ohio (serving as moderator of the executive session); and Chuck Pausley, state representative of the Ohio Association of Regular Baptist Churches.
