Abram Creek Baptist Church, Brook Park, Ohio, hosted its first ever father-son campout June 16.
Twenty-nine men and boys—fathers, sons, grandfathers, and grandsons—camped outside the church, where they made s’mores and roasted hot dogs over a fire, played cornhole, threw plastic axes at targets, and slept in tents.
The campout “was the brainchild of Jordan Wall,” who leads a Sunday morning Bible study for junior high and senior high students. He shared a devotional during the campout.
“All were in agreement that this great experience should be an annual event,” the church says.
