More than 350 men from New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Ohio gathered for the Northeast Fellowship’s Rise Up men’s conference.
Meeting at Central Baptist Church, Binghamton, New York, February 20–21, the men heard three strong messages on “Stand, Speak, and Serve.”
Twelve workshop choices allowed the men to further explore the theme, teaching them to rise up to serve their God, wives, families, and churches with integrity and honesty. The workshop options included those designed for single men, young men, senior men, and pastors.
“The men heartily fellowshipped, sang, and prayed together,” says Brian King, executive director of the Northeast Fellowship. “And many made specific commitments to advance in their faith, to advance the cause of Christ, and to make strides forward in boldly representing and speaking for Christ.”
