First Baptist Church, Wellington, Ohio, ordained Klinton Richerson, associate pastor of the church since March 2020.
The ordination council, meeting on Saturday, October 25, consisted of 15 pastors from the Hebron Fellowship of the Ohio Association of Regular Baptist Churches and two of Klinton’s family members.
An ordination service took place the next afternoon. Klinton’s grandfather, Dennis Fitzgerald, presented the charge to the candidate, and Bill Kopas, the state representative of the OARBC, presented the charge to the church.
