Memorial Baptist Church, Columbus, Ohio, ordained Jacob Coolidge. He has been associate pastor of the church since 2020.
Jacob, who earned an MDiv from Cedarville University in 2020, has “a desire to care for and minister to students and families in the community,” the church says. He also “has a passion for discipleship and is eager to see the impact that discipleship and community outreach will have on Columbus.”
In an ordination service November 16, Pastor Jeff Beckley noted, “The discipleship culture our young people has is no longer just a dream. It is a reality.”
