Engage is a brand-new initiative designed to help pastors and leaders engage more often with others in our fellowship—because together, we can accomplish more for the gospel.
What are we doing?
Engage is exactly what it sounds like: a place for us to engage with one another for encouragement, equipping, and connection.
To accomplish this, we will use a private messaging platform that will allow us to talk to one another directly and in smaller specific groups such as:
- Lead pastors
- Youth workers
- Children’s ministry leaders
- Women’s ministry
- Worship leaders
- And more!

Intentional Interim Pastoral Training
When a church enters the space between pastors, it’s more than a gap—it’s a pivotal moment that can shape its future. The Intentional Interim Pastor training program equips experienced pastors to step into these transitional roles with wisdom and care.
Through this program, you’ll learn how to:
- Shepherd congregations with clarity and compassion during uncertain times
- Address unique challenges of the interim season with proven strategies
- Lead a church to more fully engage in evangelism and disciple-making
- Prepare churches to call and receive their next pastor with health and confidence
