Grace Baptist Church, Canton, Ohio, installed Ken Floyd as its pastor of leadership development.
He was previously executive ministry director of the Michigan Association of Regular Baptist Churches from 2006 to 2022. He also served as a pastor for 25 years in Ohio and Michigan.
“Ken’s ministry at Grace emphasizes spiritual leadership formation, strategic planning input, and prayer initiatives,” the church says. “He also serves as an extension of Grace’s ministry to area churches in need of revitalization consultations and pastoral coaching.”
