Dear Friends,

“When you get to the end of your rope, tie a knot and hang on.” Can you relate to this quote by President Franklin D. Roosevelt? As ministry leaders we need perseverance. In this summer issue of Synergy, you will find two articles, “Do They Love Me?” and “Gladness and Grief,” that give a godly perspective on our expectations, and need for perseverance, in ministry. As you read these articles, would you pray with us, expressing gratitude to the Lord for the privilege of ministering, and asking His forgiveness for trying to shape His call to our liking?

May this summer be a profitable one as you labor for Christ.

In service with you,

John and Daria Greening
