KENTWOOD, Mich.—Wayne Squires, a pastor, died April 26. He was 76.
Wayne ministered at Calvary Baptist Church, Chatsworth, Illinois (1966–1971); Immanuel Baptist Church, Traverse City, Michigan (1971–1992); and Book Road Baptist Church, Naperville, Illinois (1995–2005). In addition, he was a representative of Continental Baptist Missions beginning in 1992.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Helen; three children, Wayne II, Pamela, and Timothy; seven grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
