SCHAUMBURG, Illinois—Twenty-seven teens and youth pastors/sponsors learned about the national and international ministries  of the GARBC during a Resource Center tour on Thursday, June 11.  National representative, John Greening, guided the enthusiastic teens from Faith Baptist Church, Cambridge, Iowa, and  First Baptist Church, Creston, Iowa, explaining how the Association assists churches and introducing ministry possibilities for the students to pursue. Teens took many pictures, including one of the national representative wearing a safari hat, a Regular Baptist Press souvenir that each teen received. At the conclusion of the tour, the youth groups enjoyed packed lunches in the staff room. The teens were in town for a week-long missions trip of helping a new Baptist church plant make contacts and demonstrate kindnesses in Schaumburg and Hoffman Estates suburbs.
