APAM, GHANA—The Lord continues to bless the outreach to children in Vacation Bible schools being held in three locations in this African country (see first news item, “Set Sail to Ghana,” posted on August 3). At Ashiaman, more than 50 children responded to an invitation to trust Christ, and these children were counseled by VBS leaders and church workers. In Kasoa, more than 100 children showed up at the refuge camp to come to VBS, causing an emergency need for monies for transportation. (Contact First Baptist Church, Oxford, Michigan, for more information.) Estimates are that over 600 children will attend the Kasoa VBS.
