Chris Hindal speaks at the Northeast Fellowship’s Fall Conference.

HORSEHEADS, N.Y.—The Northeast Fellowship held its Fall Conference Oct. 22–23 at First Baptist Church. Keeping in mind the theme “To the Ends of the Earth,” the fellowship had asked Chris Hindal, director of Regular Baptist International, to speak. In a general session he highlighted the progress of the gospel message around the world. Jim Vogel, executive director of the Northeast Fellowship, spoke as well. In what the conference called a Doctrinal Thinkubator he brought perspective to the popularity of reformed theology.

The Northeast Fellowship provides many opportunities to connect its churches while helping them not only to thrive but also to focus on the Great Commission, Hindal says.

During the conference Vogel introduced Brian King as the fellowship’s new associate director. Other highlights from the conference included stirring testimonies from two churches that joined the fellowship and from two longstanding churches that are in the midst of being assisted by the fellowship’s revitalization program.
