Greece_inlineHORSEHEADS, N.Y.—The Northeast Fellowship hosted a group of pastors and wives, along with some others, in retracing the footsteps of Paul in Greece.

From Feb. 27 to March 6, they traveled from the coastal city of Thessaloniki to the ruins in Philippi, then to Mars Hill in Athens and the Bema Seat in Corinth, “experiencing firsthand the culture and customs of the land where Paul spread the gospel amid both receptivity and hostility,” says Jim Vogel, Northeast Fellowship state representative.

“Our Greek guide gave insights into words and customs of the Greek society, which shed light on many of Paul’s texts. As with Paul’s travels, one of the joys was getting to meet people along the way to whom we could share the gospel.”
